Standard incandescent and halogen quartz pool lights are available and easily replaced. These have been a staple in pools and spas for years. Although halogen pool lights are a thing of the past the bulb and gaskets are still changed from time to time.
With the affordability of the standard incandescent pool lights and the ability to change out the bulb and gaskets when they go out, it still stands a purpose. The bulbs may not last as long, but the replacement bulb is the cheapest option if the fixture is still good compared to the LED light fixtures which does not have a realistic replacement bulb option as of now.
