We don’t bid blind and we don’t offer blind. Our on-site estimates include everything we can see that needs attention. Our price is real. We seldom do change orders, if we run into an unexpected problem mid-job, 95% of the time we cover it. We explain what we found, how we’re fixing it, and we absorb the cost. That’s how we’ve operated since 1957, and it’s why 80% of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals.
We own our land, our warehouses, our trucks, and all our inventory. No debt. No landlord. No lender calling the shots. When the market dips, we keep running while leveraged competitors scramble.
