Because our certified pool technicians require time to assess pool repairs which includes the tools and hands on equipment troubleshooting. Our pool service calls are provided at a cost and include the first 30 minutes of diagnostic / repair. Every 15 minutes after the initial 30 minutes are an additional charge. Our qualified pool technicians will consult the customer about the cost of repair before the work is initiated unless agreement has been made otherwise and the service call fee will be applied to the cost of the repair.
